Wendy Coschignano-Ford is President & CEO of the Osceola Council on Aging, leading 200+ staff across 30 programs. Since 2019, she has doubled revenue, secured long-term sustainability, and strengthened the organization’s role as Osceola County’s leading social service provider. Wendy holds an MBA and advanced HUD certifications.
Beth Gueits is VP of Finance at the Osceola Council on Aging, where she oversees financial systems, reporting, and compliance across multiple grants and programs. She holds a BBA in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Colegio Universitario Metropolitano in Puerto Rico, along with specialized certifications in accounting and payroll.
Chris Dean experienced homelessness in Washington, D.C. before securing housing, employment, and eventually launching his own plumbing business. With firsthand knowledge of the challenges of homelessness, he now gives back by serving on CHI’s Board, advocating for dignity and opportunity for others.
