Cornerstone Housing Inc. was founded in 2015 as a 501c3 non-profit organization to address housing affordability in Central Florida. CHI handles every aspect of the affordable housing process. We provide a custom approach to affordable housing which allows us to help more people and more communities while ensuring that each project is completed to our high standards.
Fundraising
We raise the funding and support necessary to create affordable housing, build communities and support residents in changing their lives for the better. Through community grants, government funding, corporate donations, private donations and other funding efforts, we are able to provide both housing and services to our residents and their communities.

We engage our development, construction, property management, asset management, and design teams to implement energy efficient housing. Energy costs impact the long-term affordability of affordable housing. Energy efficient housing provides tremendous benefits to residents through reduced energy costs and healthier indoor environments.
